The Answers You Need

What should I take with me?

Sunblock (if needed), towel, swimwear, and shoes that can get wet to walk/climb if needed. Oh and don't forget to take your camera for some beautiful photos!

What all is included in the Tour?

Besides the many stops we will be making, we will have an open cooler of a variety of drinks for you to enjoy throughout the tour.  Snorkel gear will be supplied.
Please note, alcohol will only be served after all snorkeling has concluded.

How long is the tour?

Our half day tours are four (4) hours long, but can be extended or shortened depending on how you want to customize your day.  Prices will vary depending on the length of your tour.

Where do we meet the boat?

We are located in Jolly Harbour and can meet you at Jolly Beach.  Depending on where you are staying, there is the option to pick you up by boat at your hotel's beach. We will work out the details when we connect to discuss your custom tour.

How should I pay?

We accept both cash (US$ or EC$) or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).  Please note, torn or damaged US$ are not accepted - our banks do not accept them.

What's the booking/cancellation policy?

Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice before trip departure:
You will be refunded 80% of the total tour price. 20% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of booking and preparing your tour.

Cancellations with less than 48-hours’ notice before trip departure:
No refund will be given if tours are canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as Sugar Island Tours will be charged for all costs.

If we need to cancel due to an unforeseen issue or weather conditions, we will try to reschedule the tour. If we are not able to reschedule, a 100% refund will be issued.

What if there is bad weather?

We adjust our itinerary depending on the weather and sea conditions.  Your safety is our number one priority. If the boat can't go out the day you were scheduled to take your tour, we will try to get you on another day while you are enjoying your stay in Antigua.

Do you have insurance?

Sugar Island Tours is fully insured and Captain Jason has a Boat Master Grade 2 License.  Your safety is our priority.
